Gabe: What's going on Keimon, lets start this off right--how long have you been doing the skating thing?
K: I'd say About 4.5 years...
Gabe: Got it. You've been doing it a while...Where would you say you like to skate?
K: Richardson High School, Allen skate park, and some mani pads I live by in Richaradson, TX.
Gabe: Ok...gotta have the pad game right. Who would you say is your favorite skater and why?
K: My favorite skater is definitely Antwuan Dixon, because he skates so effortlessly and everything he does is sick.
Gabe: AD is pretty nasty, I'm a big fan too....As far as tricks, do you have a favorite?
K: Tre flips & Hard flips.
Gabe: I feel that, but i know when you try new ones it gets sketch. Whats the worst injury you got while skating?
K: My worst injury was when my board popped up and stabbed me in the face haha. I had to get 10 stitches and my face was the size of an cantaloupe.
Gabe: Damn that's serious shit bro haha----What keeps you going through all that?
K: What motivates to skate everyday or the days I have to skate is just the freedom to express myself through my tricks, meeting new people, and having A.D.H.D..releasing some energy.
Gabe: I think most people can feel that....before I let you go, tell everyone what music you listen to these days..
K: My favorite artist right now is Kid Cudi. Whenever I'm listening to his lyrics it reminds me of my own life. In one of his songs, "Just what I am", he rapped: in my spare time, punching walls f*$!kin up my hands, but if you had my life you'd understand."
We're happy to announce we have a new art designer, he will properly be introduced in our next drop of items on 3/22. Be ready. #swim
